vB.Sponsors User's Guide
This guide will show you how to use vB.Sponsors 1.x.

To enable sponsorship for a forum or category

1. From the Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager
2. Choose Edit Forum next to the forum/category you wish to add a sponsor for
3. Under vB.Sponsors, check the Yes box next to Enable Sponsor.
4. Enter the Sponsor's name.
5. Choose whether or not to enable the sponsor's banner (a text link is displayed if set to NO)
6. Enter the path to the sponsor's banner if you chose to enable a banner
7. Optionally enter the sponsor's large banner.  This is the banner that will be displayed when a user browses the sponsored forum.  If you leave this blank, it will display a text link for the sponsor.  You can use the same banner image you entered Sponsor Banner field.
8. Enter the link to the sponsor's web site address.  Be sure to include the http:// part of the address.

To set global vB.Sponsors settings
All settings changed here will affect EVERY forum/category you have sponsored.

1. In the Admin CP, expand the vB.Sponsors Manager menu item
2. Click on Global Settings
3. Choose which settings to enable or disable
4. Click Save Settings to save your settings 

To view statistics

1. In the Admin CP, expand the vB.Sponsors Manager menu item
2. Click on View Statistics
3. Choose the forum/category you wish to see statistics for from the drop down menu
4. Click on the Select Forum
